Pfizer- why they keep changing the name

Basically according to CNN, after some faulty products produced by Pfizer, the FDA decided to “let it slide” specifically in relation to a drug called Bextra- a drug considered unsafe for those at high risk of heart attack or stroke. Mind you, heart attack and stroke are at the top of the list for causing the most deaths consistently, year after year, Covid or not. Heart related issues remained at the top of the list every single year even through 2020 and 2021.
